A message dated June 2, 1998, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 469                                                            
"An Act approving the sale of Prudhoe Bay Unit royalty oil by the             
State of Alaska to Mapco Alaska Petroleum, Inc.; and providing
